Mr. Coyle

Jared Coyle is an educator with 20 years of experience working with K-12 students. Throughout his career, he has taught high school and middle school orchestra, band, choir and general music classes. In addition to teaching music, Mr. Coyle has also worked as an elementary and middle classroom teacher, and taught reading intervention and computer science.

Currently, he teaches K-8 music in the Fortuna Elementary School District and works as a lecturer in the music department at Cal Poly Humboldt. Mr. Coyle received a Bachelor of Arts in Music and Master of Arts in Education from Cal Poly Humboldt.

In addition to teaching, Jared plays clarinet and saxophone with the North Coast Jazz Ensemble, and performs regularly in music department faculty recitals for Cal Poly Humboldt.
